Had pleasant stay for multiple nights each time. I liked the European-style building, well-equipped room with nice views. The staff was very very helpful and attentive, as well as owner. This hotel was located in a central area not far from restaurants and tour operators in the New Town and many restaurants/cafes and the local market and the Plaza Foch.

Pleasant and wonderful place to stay whilst in Quito. Enjoyable selection for breakfast with the all-important coffee and yogurt, for instance. From the bus stop 10 minutes on foot. Simply no reason to complain, really comfortable stay;)))

Great and absolutely perfect location near a cafe overlooking the city and the restaurant and a business district in a really interesting area. Nice design of interiors in small double room.

The hotel is definitely recommended to all. The employees are top-class and hospitable. The location is good, just a short walk away from Casa de la Cultura Ecuatoriana Museum. Attached restaurant on the premises is good.

The place was charming and friendly and restaurant was great! The breakfast with of course, the all-important coffee plus yogurt was enjoyable and the people were outstanding and amazing there. Its location was central, right next to Insomnia Haunted House. You could walk to a market and shops.

Well priced hotel with great facilities. Particularly good location, super nice area, next to many restaurants/cafes and the local market as well as the other interesting tourist attractions.

The rooms are good sized with a rather old mattress and our experience is great. The pleasant staff helps you in any way. Location is perfect and favourable, to Galapagos Take cab to downtown area.

The nicest place to stay when traveling to Quito. Clean hotel and excellent restaurant. Great service, WONDERFUL breakfast with yogurt and a couple of different cheeses, as example. Central location, at a moderate distance from a filled park. Walking distance to local markets and a market across the street.

It has unique huge rooms, that come with shared bathroom, great views, a rather old mattress...

Couldn't find any faults at all.

Good-sized rooms on upper floors and great service. Historic area, central location close to the Plaza Foch and museums. Again, walking distance to Plaza Foch.

The breakfast was free and savoury, the staff was HELPFUL, the grounds were fairly clean. I loved a balcony and a storage space in the a nice size and well-equipped room. The location was secure and convenient, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Plazanaya. You could walk to a local market and local markets.

The hotel is located in a very interesting area of the city, right in the tourist center. You'll find yourself surrounded by dozens of little restaurants and bars, making it an ideal spot for exploring the famous nightlife of the city. It's also worth mentioning that the hotel is situated in a safe area, so you can feel at ease while exploring the surroundings in the evening.

No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

The breakfasts were outstanding and enjoyable with fruits and different cheeses. Our experience was such great from the moment we checked in, will be back.
